Which one?
I've done the test that came with my Wendell Odom official cert guide ICND 1. Yes it has been helpful, the way I use it is if I don't know an answer I leave it blank, then once I'm done with the whole test, review the wrong answers jot down the subjects of the question in hand and I start to study up on those topics. Then I did the test again, although the questions were randomly selected out of a pool of questions. But my first try was 75% and my second try was 95 %. On that second try I was a lot more confident, as I felt better prepared. So yeah, it helps. I take the test in 2 weeks.
