Cisco 1760 MGCP to CUCM

Hi guys, Im having and issue with a Cisco 1760 registering with my CUCM. It will downloads its config but fail to install it. Any ideas where to start looking.

Need more info/gateway config.

Do you have a matching domain name configured on the 1760?

I have tried it with a domain name "Student.local" and also removed the domain name to see if it will register. Nether one seems to work. It looks like it will download the config from CUCM but fails on installing it. Not sure why.

Also make sure if you're messing with the domain name you do a "no MGCP" / "MGCP" in between tries.

If all else fails - post your gateway config.

I suspect your IOS doesn't support 128 ms, try changing it to 64 in CUCM.

That was it, changed Echo Cancellation Coverage (ms) to 64 and reloaded the router and it registered. A Million thanks!!
