How long received the CISA physical cert?

My CISA certification has been approved at the end of September. However, I still not yet received the physical certificate. Can anyone share how long you received the certification from ISACA by mail?

Did you email ISACA (certification@isaca.org) to confirm that the certificate was mailed to you?

Finally I received it as it sent to the Local Chapter to mail to me. I think the bottleneck is at the Local Chapter

That's interesting. I didn't know there was such a thing as an ISACA physical certificate. I never got one for the CISM. I'll have to ask ISACA about it.
