wildcard mask on eigrp

Hello guys,

I have doubts with the wildcard mask used for the basic configuration of eigrp.
Configure the wildcard mask as follows:

network 192.168.1.8 0.0.0.3 -> Means announce networks over the range 192.168.1.8 - 192.168.1.11?

and configure it in this way:

network 192.168.1.8 0.0.0.0 means to preach only the network> 192.168.1.8?

Reading on various sites talking about interfaces and networks with the example I place, this is what causes me doubts.

Thank you in advance

    The network statement under EIGRP only tells the router what interfaces to include in the process. What network is advertised depends on the IP and mask configured on the interface.

    This is 100% correct
