I just took the test on this site without studying for the exam and my results are posted below.

If you know the networking basics (Network+) and have a basic understanding of the common technologies used on the Internet, i-Net+ is hardly a challenge.
Regardless, 29 out of 30 is very good. Also check out the link on the page I linked to above to CompTIA's official sample test, and the practice test at www.mcmcse.com to get a better indication of where you stand.
