I don't know where you found seven days, but I've seen it takes weeks for new certs to show up on my transcript. -

WIth the ones I took, they showed up within 2 days for me. One of which showed up online the day after my pass. Of course, it can always vary depending on how heavy their work load is. -

For my most recent exam I took it on a Saturday and literally got the email that my transcript had been updated the very next day (a Sunday!).
