Ftp vs tftp for config back up

Guys pls I need help with regards to automated config back ups. What will be ur service of choice? FTP or TFTP?

I just back it up to Flash. I don't like using insecure protocols.

I usually just have them sent to a FTP server. Not too concerned with security on the internal network. If someone is in place to catch your FTP transfers you have much bigger issues to deal with.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.
