Ftp vs tftp for config back up

Guys pls I need help with regards to automated config back ups. What will be ur service of choice? FTP or TFTP?

I just back it up to Flash. I don't like using insecure protocols.

I usually just have them sent to a FTP server. Not too concerned with security on the internal network. If someone is in place to catch your FTP transfers you have much bigger issues to deal with.
