CBT Nuggets GNS3 for Cisco studies

CBT Nuggets has a 30 day access to its new GNS3 series for $5.00 I just grabbed it up, we'll see by the presenter obviously loves GNS3 and is really excited about the course.

Essentially, it teaches you how to set up and use GNS3? Would it be a good precursor to studying for the CCENT?CCNA? How long is the series?

Just checked it out - does seem like the perfect precursor to CCENT and CCNA, since it'll teach me how to get GNS3 up and running, teach me how to use it, and help prepare me for the Cisco labs. $5 seems like an awesome price for al that.

I'm thinking about starting my Cisco Studies at the end of the month. Hopefully the price won't change before Xmas time, since I don't think I'll be ready to pull the trigger on the deal until then.

I haven't seen them yet, but I'd first take a look at YouTube GNS3 offerings first- once you get the hang of GNS3 it's cake.

The GNS3 for $5 deal ends 11:59 p.m UTC Dec. 26. But when you buy it, you get a month's access -- the access doesn't stop on Dec. 26. Hope that helps.

Yeahh, unfortunately I found out AFTER I paid for the subscription. I actually won't be looking too much into GNS3 until Jan, so I wish my subcription started/ended a little later.

But.. oh well.
