First up you have enough RAM for it to run 1/2 way decently. I would set folder views to show hidden files and folders and then empty the Temp and Temp Internet folders in your profile. Then go to Windows and empty the Prefetch and Temp folders.
Now download and run Microsoft Antispyware.
Next run scandisk and defrag.
That should make things work a bit cleaner. You can also limit the disk space being used by System Restore - that helps.
You should also change to Classic Start Menu - that changes a few things.www.supercross.com

Fu Loser Member Posts: 123Not as fast as it used to be? Spyware sweep is probly needed in your system. Go to www.webroot.com and download their 30 day trial and clean the system out. I did that with mine and foudn 1100 files on the family PC. Spybot wasnt able to find anything.
