If the 3 exams for mcitp are passed before deadline, will we get a mcitp or MCSA?

By completing the MCITP: Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008 by July 31, 2013, you will earn both MCITP and MCSA.

The exam track retires on July 31, 2013.

Would it actually be beneficial to anyone to put both MCITP *and* MCSA on their resume?

Basically, is there any advantage to someone rushing to finish the 3 exams before the July 31st deadline?
    Goals for 2018:

Learn: Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus & Golang | Improve: Docker, Python Programming
    To-do | In Progress | Completed

The exam track or the 3 exams are not retiring, the MCITP title is. Ivanjam is correct, if you finish all 3 exams by July 31 you earn both the MCSA and MCITP:SA titles. Having both gives you the advantage of getting past any of the HR filters looking for MCITP. It's not your or the HR folks fault that MS created a new title and then changed it back 4 years later. If the HR folks and hiring managers were only just coming around on the MCTS/MCITP title, I wouldn't expect them to be aware of the new MCSA/MCSE titles right away.
