CBT nuggets are normally easy to understand and enjoyable to watch with not much hard info which is needed to pass a Cisco exam, but I sure you know that since you'd need your CCNA before CCNA:Sec. To answer your question yes they are good to get the basics of the exam objectives but not as a primary source

Kidding me? I had to hear his voice all throughout reading the ccna security book and blah. I had to turn on some white music to drown out hearing the authors real voice in my ears!In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.
