CBT nuggets are normally easy to understand and enjoyable to watch with not much hard info which is needed to pass a Cisco exam, but I sure you know that since you'd need your CCNA before CCNA:Sec. To answer your question yes they are good to get the basics of the exam objectives but not as a primary source

It's good - The author of the OCG is the host of that Nugget video series.

Kidding me? I had to hear his voice all throughout reading the ccna security book and blah. I had to turn on some white music to drown out hearing the authors real voice in my ears!

Keith Barker does a great job explaining things. I listened to some of the videos on my drive to work.
