XBOX 360 family code

Hi

I set one of these up Christmas day with 1234 but now it will not accept it, also I do not remember setting a secret question because this too must have changed as I would never have the question "what is your favourite fictional character" suffice to say I do not know this either

I have tried several button combinations at the system info page but nothing happens just stays on that page

Any help would be great

I had the same problem, and called Xbox support. They were able to get it reset.
