Here the issue, Setting up a CME lab at work were I'm not allowed to connect to their lan to this router. I have CME-full-4.1.0.2.tar from a USB drive on my pc. I don't have access to a TFTP server to install this. thoughts I'm sure its easy and I'm missing it.

I loaded my ios using xmodem only have console port access.

What model router is it? If it has a CF card you can always pop the card out and copy the IOS and CME files over from your PC.

Otherwise, yeah, you can do it from a PC plugged directly into the router. I use TFTP32.
