Open Source Tool for User Registration

I'll be doing some tests of a web application and part of it will involve testing user registration. I was wondering if anyone knew of an open source tool that would simulate this and fill in all the required information then move to the next step in the process. Thanks in advance!

Wordpress has a good plugin although I'm sure you wouldn't want to install wordpress just for that. You could try looking for some templates coded in php or asp.net but that would require setting up a user account database as well.
