    Sorry to hear the interview didn't go as well as you hoped.

    They may not ask the puzzle questions anymore. I work for another one of the tech giants and know we were told not to ask those anymore as they have been deemed an ineffective way to measure the candidate. All of the interviews I have done with the big players have been straight forward technical (usually pretty in-depth) questions.

    Got the official "Thanks, but no thanks" email. I give them that, at least they tell you when you weren't selected.
