Hi,

i'm a newbie of Microsoft certification.

if i want to begin to self study for mcsa of windows 2012 i need a prereq?? Training in microsoft or others?

can i self study on microsoft press for 70-410 , schedule exam on prometeo, pass the exam and nothing?? How much the exam??

for mcsa i need to pass 70-410 70-411 and 70-412???

How many question in the exam? Multiple choiche?? Labs??

Welcome aboard. First of all make sure you go to MCSA: Windows Server | Microsoft Learning and read as much as you can. Also, make sure you visit Certification exams | Microsoft Learning to learn about type of questions and other useful stuff.

To answer a few of your questions:
- Exam cost: depends on your country, currently $150 per exam in the US
- Official training is NOT required. Self-study is what many of us do. A book or two, Technet website, evaluation software (or a Technet subscription), and a lab machine(s) should be all you need
- You are correct, MCSA 2012 needs to pass 70-410,411, and 412

No, you don't need any formal training nor do you need to meet any prerequisites to take the MCSA exams. The exams cost $150 each, and you schedule them through Prometric.

For a newbie on microsoft certifications, for you is better to begin with mcsa for win server 2012 or to begin with mcsa for win server 2008???

Since you are just starting out on the cert front, it will make sense for you to do the latest cert. Ne aware though that the learning curve for you will be steep. Never fear, people at TE are always here!
