Looking for a book to read like Exam Cram Doing abs etc but looking for something to just read to bring it all together.

Exam Cram R2 seems obsolete

This book is from the same author and up to date. It's not really an "exam cram" style book, but the meat of the material isn't that long. I definitely liked it a lot more than the MS Press book.
