N+ voucher not delivered by Comptia.

Im new here and recently started to study for N+ exam. however i seem to be having some problems registering for the n+ exam. i bought an n+ voucher through comptia official site for 143$ and also received mail of receipt for this transaction. However i have not received any followup mail nor the coupons for the exam. It was mentioned on the receipt that it is an online delivery that will take the maximum of 1 business day but not received anything. Also i wrote an email to comptia adressing the matter. I received a response which just said "we have escalated the matter to higher autority" and it has been 5 days since then . So its been around 11 days. Please tell me what to do .

Skydivingcows Member Posts: 14 ■□□□□□□□□□It certainly took more than 1 business day when I signed up. I believe it was around 3 or 4. You may have better luck simply calling them and having the receipt with you to cite.
