As I started studying, I (oddly) enjoyed the first chapter on the whole Plan Deliver and Operate phases with their specific Service Management Functions.
Anyway, the beginning simply says it's just an overview of the entire process and I reckon it's to just give you an idea of what it means to actually deploy images in an
Enterprise environment; but it does have an exercise.
I just want to know, is any of this covered in the exam? I don't see it as part of the exam objectives as listed in the book...just want to be sure.
