Taking 70-417 on Friday (1/18/13) Any Suggestions? What should I focus on, what is rubbish I shouldn't be flash carding lol.

Mstavridis Member Posts: 107The expect you to know everything, twice haha, which is good cause I read everything I could get my hands on, and then labbed everything I could within reason. No punches are pulled with this exam.
It was like every other test from Microsoft, you need to take a deep breath, and use your deductive reasoning skills. Microsoft always seems to put in misleading questions in their tests. -
MPerry Member Posts: 11 ■□□□□□□□□□Congrats! Yes, you are correct about Microsoft and their exams, however I feel this upgrade exam was just as easy as 70-648.
There were changes in direction from the 2003 to 2008 exams. In my opinion, what I mean is that 2008 exams seemed to be more focused on particulars like certificates and less on the overall functionality of the OS.
2012 was more across the board questions regarding the whole OS. That is my experience. -

jyrki.arpiainen Member Posts: 32 ■■□□□□□□□□How was it compared to 70-649? Which part was most difficult? I guess it depends from who you ask, but still. At 70-649 I think toughest part for me was 70-643 section.. as I found it least interesting. 70-640 was the easiest.
