1 year experience waiver for 4 year degree

Filling out my cissp endorsement form and trying to figure out if the 1 year experience waiver is for ANY 4 year university degree OR ONLY for a 4 year degree from a U.S. National Center of Academic Excellence in information Security (CAEIAE) or regional equivalent? The sentance referring to this on the (ISC)2 experience waiver form is worded in such a way that this is not clear. My 4 year degree was in physics and aquired long ago when the word security referred to the bouncer at the local bar.
