time between the Intro ,and teh Icnd

Is there a time frame between passing the first exam , and taken the second exam?how long can i waite after passing the first exam to take the second?.

    The Cisco website doesn't seem to give any information on this.

    As INTRO in itself is not a certification (just an exam) I would assume that it does not expire. It wouldn't make sense to wait for ICND forever as INTRO itself isn't worth a dime.

    I notice that the website does not provide that info icon_rolleyes.gif which i think should be there.But as you said Intro is just an exam, and what if you take the Intro and cisco do some upgrade before you that the ICND?

    Why not just concentrate on passing both tests before they both expire. There is nothing that says a time limit between each other... other than not allowing it to get to the next test modification. Just plan on making this a 2 month experience... one month for taking Intro and one month for taking ICND. Then you wouldnt have to worry about this test expiring!

    I can assure you this test wont be expiring for quite a while. The may add more content, but the test number will stay the same. This came from our Corporate Partner Training administrator at Cisco.

    I would advise to get started, and guage yourself daily. You dont want to lose 125 bucks my failing an exam if you can avoid it. I passed the intro exam in early June, and I dont plan on taking my ICND till possibly the end of this month, but I also got really lazy after the Intro because I went on a nice vacation and I think I left my motivation down there :p
