Why Exchange Database errors pops-us?

trying to know the conditions or the commands that when executes leads to corruption to Exchange database. Coz right 6 months back i have deployed Exchange 2007 in my 5 member sized Office. So, i m trying to be more secure and taking all precautions. As right now it seems there is some problems but i m handling then for now but dont want to make issue large ..
