Select2Perform/SHL Test?

I was informed a few hours ago that before they can move forward with the process they want me to take a "Technical Assessment Test" by the end of tonight... not a very large notice...
From what I can tell it looks like the link is through select2perform/SHL People Intelligence? I have no experience taking this type of test, but apparently it is going to test my Windows 7 fundamentals...? I am not to particularly worried about it, but he did say the test can be tricky, and is timed, and didn't really give me much information on the format...
Does anyone have any experience taking a test from these providers and if so what can I expect?
