why i dont have interface

Hi guys I just got a cisco router and i want to connect to it via Telnet or SSH but i don't have interface to config an ip address... Im confused!

You don't need a vlan in order to set up telnet. You just need an interface with an IP address assigned to it connected to a network, a password configured on the vty lines, etc.
