in CCNA & CCENT
I have been in Telecommunications for about 6 years and have most of my experience being on the design of infrastructure(inside and outside plant fiber/copper) side. I have been with my current company for 2 years now and have been working with Mitel phone system and now integrating to to CUCM 8.6. Needless to say it is two seperate worlds! I have a solid back ground on the cables and the equipment just lacking the experiance on the programming side of things. I am wanting to start taking my certifications and i am clueless where to even start. I have Purchased the Cisco bundle package from IT University Online and am watching the CCENT course videos they put on. Other than that there isnt much I have. Any and every help i get on here would greatly be appreceiated.
