I just got an alert that the 70-417 book that MS put out just got updated.
Exam Ref 70-417: Upgrading Your Skills to MCSA Windows Server® 2012 - O'Reilly Media
The update is adding chapters 13 and 14 to the mobi and epub version. I was reading it on my Kindle. I failed the exam on Friday. I am not saying that I would have passed if I had read those chapters but I would have postponed the exam if I saw this email before then. I would have failed anyways because of the 70-411 section of the exam.
Thanks for listening rant over, for now.

The end of the chapter questions are ok but when you are reading an electronic version its hard to go back and forth between the questions and answers. I usually use the MS Training Kits as part of my studying. I like the examples and labs you can make from them. I just rushed this one and took it before I was ready. Its my own fault for not reading the last 2 chapters, the PDF version of the book was complete.Aaron

Well.. you must be fast reader!
I prepare months for each exam, and as this contains stuff from three exams, I would use at least half year for it. -

aaronchristenson Member Posts: 261 ■■■■□□□□□□I get to take it one more time, I second guessed myself on the 70-411 portion of the exam. Last time it was the 70-412 section I needed to work on. I got 850, 641, 766 this time.
O well. Take it again in a couple of weeks.Aaron
