I'm posting from a mobile device, but the grammar/sentence construction could use work in the experience section (the paragraph about election experience).

Also, it might help to quantify/specify your skills. You sort of did, but it seemed a little generalized.

And are you studying computer science or IT at the community college you're attending?

I'm not a fan of objectives but I guess it will work in this case...anyways reorder to:

    Objective
    Certifications
    Skills
    Experience
    Education

Be more affirmative in the skills, like "Basic understanding of Linux" instead of "Slightly familiar..."
What software aside from the MS Office suite are you good with?
What do you understand about networking? TCP/IP, IPv4, WiFi?
What does 'Use of Microsoft Windows OS' mean?
What does 'Able to easily troubleshoot problems' mean?

You need more demonstration and explanation for the things you list.

I would bullet point your experience instead of listing in paragraph format. Make a list that is relevant to IT, even if it's soft skills like customer service, setting up hardware, troubleshooting voting machines, etc

There is too much spacing your education

Did you take CCNA Discovery? You should've annotated that in your education and put a blurb about studying for the exam.

Again, the skills are generic in a way to not specify what it is you know.

Do you know how to build and repair Desktop PCs?

What is your level of knowledge in M$ office suite (and are you knowledgable in all of them like Access, Excel, etc)?

    What does navigate Windows mean?

Someone else might know how to quantify communication skills, usually this is backed up by experience.

And what are you trying to convey in good organization?

I realize you're just out of high school, so we're just trying to help you out and help get your foot in the door. A resume can be a big deal depending on the organization you're applying for.
