Think of it this way: If the author of the video series and the book is from the same person... Is there a pretty good chance the material should, fundamentally, contain the same theories?

Keith Barker in his CBT Nuggets videos does say he covers more information in the videos versus the book.

Both are good, and personally I watch videos first then read the appropriate book(s). If you go to the cbtn site you can check the contents of each video in the series and also watch the first two minutes of each video.
