What does supposed to mean ?? -- Junior System Integrator --

I've received an offer for Junior System Integrator and i don't know what are the basic duties for this job. Here are the descriptions for this position :

You have now the fantastic opportunity to start a career as a system integrator and be part of a leading-edge technology development team. You will be working with seasoned developers and you will be involved in all aspects of the Agile software development process, including: participation in requirements definition, design, development, defect fixing, performance tuning for the integration flows.

Requirements:
University degree in Computer Science or related field
Passionate about technology
The will to learn and constantly improve
Team player
Result orientation
Good communication skills in English is a must
Experience with integration platforms is definitely a plus (e.g. IBM Websphere Message Broker, MQSeries, Tibco)

Its a development/QA position i believe. Did you ask them what a typical day looks like during the interview process? Im just curious how you got an offer and dont really know anything about the position. Remember when you are interviewing, you are also interviewing them. So dont hesitate to ask them more questions about the position, your duties, the environment, the company culture and such.

It sounds like it could be a good learning experience. If the money is right, go for it.

Did you have a formal interview for this? Did you apply?

The sounds more like a sales pitch than a job offer. I would be cautious that it is not some sort of scam or on demand job instead of a regular 40hr/wk job.

This line confuses me. How does one come up with challenges and especially freedom? Or is that just bad translation?

They found my resume and send a job position, i didn't had an interview......after i will accept the conditions from above the will invite me to an interview.

oh ok. so you havent received the offer. just a brief description. well it cant hurt to go through with the interview if you meet the requirements. then you can get more detail regarding the position.
