70-682 = MCSA: Windows 7?

I know that 70-682, MCDST upgrade to MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7 also gives MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration. This exam is a combination of 70-680 & 70-585 for MCDST holders. I'm curious if it also gives the credential MCSA: Windows 7, which is 70-680 & 70-585.

I know taking MCSA: Windows 7 gives MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration and MCTIP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician (exams 680 and 685).
