in CCNA & CCENT
Hey guys,
I felt the need to post on here as I have been reading these forums for the past month in final preparation for my test. I took the CCENT (ICND1) yesterday and passed with a scrore of 937/1000. The test was very straight forward with little intent to trick me with fancy wording. The test is difficult, but I will say I was completely prepared for it.
My studying resouces are listed below (By priority):
1- CCENT/ICND1 Third edition. (Wendell Obom)
2- Cisco Press Simulators that correspond with the book above (This helped me out big time)
3- ICND1 series from CBT Nuggets with Jeremy C. (This stuff is golden)
4- Packet Tracer
5- subnettingquestions.com - Free Subnetting Questions and Answers Randomly Generated Online Make this your best friend.
I would also like to note that the practice tests that come with the Cisco Press book are amazing and completely prepare you to use the correct troubleshooting to solve the problems.
On to the ICND2! Please feel free to ask any questions!

JoeBirds Member Posts: 49 ■■□□□□□□□□I just had a quick question. I've been talking to a few buddies of mine that have their CCENT/CCNA. They all say that they were given paperwork asking them if they wanted their certifiate mailed to them, or sent in a PDF form. All I recieved for paperwork was a print out of my scoring section and instructions telling me to go log into Cisco's site to track my certification. Is there anywhere on Cisco's site that I can request my certification to be mailed to me instead of being sent in a PDF?
Thanks! -
