70-417 - How many questions?

Does anyone know about how many questions are on 70-417? 100? 200?

I checked the MS exam site, but they did not list it. Not even a range. They did mention in their FAQ that the upgrade exams have MORE questions than the direct path exams.

We really cannot answer that question. What we can say is that the exam questions come from the 3 exams 70-410, 70-411, and 70-412.

Thanks - I'm not looking for you to violate your test agreement, but I do think it is bad form if Microsoft has not published at least a range somewhere. That is general information and their testing information site should have that level of detail.

Edit: MS doesn't have the test time limit posted either, they are really slipping in my opinion. This is basic info that should be posted. No reason to make it secret, and not publishing it is lazy...

Yeah I agree they should provide a range atleast, but I dont think it matters too much. I mean you've taken more than a few MS exams, I dont think it makes too much of a difference if they asked 45 questions or 55. They'll probably give you more time for 55 I guess. What I do know is that these upgrade exams arent easy and if you fail one section, you fail the entire thing.

I agree, 45 vs 55 is no big deal. But what about 45 vs. 100? It doesn't matter in the end I guess, but I'm disappointed that this information isn't posted. Not providing this information just seems lazy and incomplete to me.

I dont think you'd get a 100 questions mate, on a beta, yes, but not on the live exam. 100 is just absurd.
