in SQL Server exams
Just got done with this exam scored me a 887 on it. Not as hard as I thought it was going to be.

I had a few questions that were like (sort this code out) most were multiple choice. I will be posting my material in my other post.

On wards to the next exam.

Error in title: should be 70-461

    Good Job. I have not even started thinking about that exam. I am hoping that I can pass 457 and 458 and that they don't have a lot of code.

    I had a total of 44 questions with a 120 minutes on the clock to get it completed by. I'm not a DBA at this moment in time, though I am studying and working with the current Database guys here to become one.

    I've seen you post this in another post and the replies there are quite in depth. In my experience I just applied for jobs that were seeking jr level roles in a field and if I got an interview I explained what I wanted to do and where I wanted to end up.

    I was originally meant to come on as an assistant admin for the infrastructure, but as I started to use SQL more and more I fell into "Dev team". So moral of my story was just apply for a low level position that you want and just work your way up the ladder.

    Some of those requirements look rather beastly.

    I have the CBT's coming and have 2012 Express loaded with Adventureworks 2012. Pretty stoked.

    I also use studio tools at work to query SCCM data (just started) this week actually :)

    i'm still on chapter 1,its first time ti be in touch with sql server :)
    i found VTC videos is very informative to me compared with CBT ...

    Thanks for the heads up. Maybe we should start a SQl Server 2012 thread and post our accomplishments on their and challenges.

    Right now I am attacking MS Access 2007 - 2010 and SQL Server. I need both for my position and of course I have to constently keep developing my Excel skills. That piece never stops in my line of work.

    I had to do the Feb on in the end due to me needing to go away on business in March. I always get paranoid before an exam thinking I'm not good enough for it :D
