Hi guys and girls. Ive been doing more labs, and now at the VTP stage. Im stuck. spent a few hours trying to figure out why the VTP isn't updating clients, and my mind is now moosh. I even erased the 3 switches and started from scratch just incase there was some sneaky wee thing that was wrong. Heres my VTP Stats. the servers revision is the lowest and not to sure why??

is not gonna work -
earweed Member Posts: 5,192 ■■■■■■■■■□Also the revision number is higher on the clients so they would (if in same domain) overwrite server database. Make sure server rev number higher before inserting new switch RESET REV ARTICLENo longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives.
