How hard would Linux+ be for someone more BSD based

in Linux+
The first server OS I learned to use was FreeBSD, and also old Linux (early slackware) to a lesser extent.
After that I became more Microsoft focused and rarely used *NIX for anything so became quite rusty.
However lately I wanted to brush up on my *nix skills and have been doing Linux CBT - BSD simply because I believe FreeBSD is superior.
BSD does offer a certification program, but it isn't exactly something people know about, I am just wondering if I will have to do a LOT of extra study to pass Linux+ (basically how hard is the exam for someone well versed in unix but not specifically with modern Linux)
