Just wondering which one of the 2 switches has got a chance of becoming the root switch (neglect bridge priority)
sw1 has got a mac address f111.1111.1111 and
sw2 has got a mac address 2222.2222.2222.

the 2222.x- the smaller mac adx plus the default priority. 32867 or something like that..
I didnt read it appropriately... sorry.

sw2 should become the root, as 2222.x is much less than f111.x

I agree with Cherper. sw2 will become the root bridge in this scenario.
