How to register for ICND1

Hello,

I live in Vancouver BC and want to register for the ICND1 exam. Is Computer-Based Testing Provider for Certification and Licensure Exams: Pearson VUE the only way to register online or are there other companies I can register through?

I am sure there are others but I have only used PearsonVue

Pearson VUE is the only company that offers Cisco testing.
