Hopefully this will get you started.

    Too much information.

Under the network section: 'Design, setup, and install Motorola Canopy 900, 5200, and 5700 access points for customers wireless internet solution' and 'Install and configure Cisco Aironet 1200 series access points for various customers’ internal wireless network.' --> Configure Motorola Canopy and Cisco Aironet access points

    Under District Network Technician:
-Used Fluke OptiView Integrated Network Analyzer
-Used Fluke 620 LAN Cable Meter to test cable types: UTP, STP, and Coax.
-Used DSP 4000 Patch Cord Test Adapter to verify if patch cord is compliant, ensure greater channel throughput, reduce error rate, and to isolate faulty cords that degrade network performance and contribute to network downtime.

Instead of listing every piece of software and hardware as seperate bullet points, you can have a section that lists the software and hardware you know how to use:

    Software:
Network OSes: blah, blah, and blah
Client OSes: blah, blah, and blach
    network managemment software:

Under education, I would leave off highschool and add dates for the others.

Personally, I don't like seeing MCSE and MCSA listed together unless they are on different OSes.

I am on the opposite side of the spectrum. I believe listing all of what you did in great detail can be really helpful. Leave all the details on there.

I have heard from a number of people and even my brother in law who works for Cisco systems and reviews resumes for new hires, if the resume is over 2 pages long it gets tossed. I would leave out some of that stuff.
