For the past years we have been using Ubiquiti wireless systems which are easy for us to setup. The thing is we have new clients that have Cisco Aironet 1200 series wireless aps. My question is what book or reference material would you all recommend to get started. I would like to know how to setup, reset, passwords, all that stuff; also, have not worked with the controllers either. Thanks!
FYI: We do have a CBTNuggets account, don't know if there is anything in there that would help.

There is a Cisco Press book for the CCNA: Course.
However the configuration guides will be the most helpful for you. From my experience of using Cisco Controller. My Networking blog
