Found this on the microsoft Tech site, basic guide to set up a server and XP machine to practice with on Virtual PC and real setup

ok i tried this last night but i got compleatly lost
Ive been trying to set it up with virtual PC to practice RIS and applying group policies, but the domains its asking to enter are not local?? am i correct?
