    Used CBT Nuggets and TrainSignal (Chris Bryant). Don't rely on one or the other alone or without doing the necessary reading and labbing.

    CBT Nuggets is great, and Jeremy Ciora is awesome!

    Lays it out in simple terms, then goes deeper to help you really understand the mechanics involved on any given topic.

    Highly recommended.

    Also - lab, lab, lab until you're sick of it - then lab some more!
