I'm thinking about getting a technet subscription. I was wondering if I'll be eligible for this:
PROVANTAGE: Microsoft JRF-00002 Renewal TechNet 2010 Standard Single-User English
never been a subscriber yet and it says and it says renewal so yeah, can I go ahead and get this?

That's for a renewal. If you don't already have a Technet subcription, you are not eligible to use a renewal.
