6421 or 6433?

I'm working on my MCITP:SA (not going to be able to pull off EA before the exams are retired). I'm close to sitting my 70-640. My question is, if I could get my employer to spring for the 70-642 or 70-646 training, but only one of them, which would I get more benefit from taking in a classroom setting?

I think most would agree with this. If you are prepared for the 640 then the 642 and 646 are just building blocks on that cert. I would keep going with the self study.

Agreed, finish the 70-640 first. I would personally go for the 70-642 next (so have your employer pay for that training).
