MOS and Certiport scheduling

I've been offered a new position contingent on background and reference check which I never have any problem with. They require MOS Outlook 2010 within first 90 days and they pay for that and will also pay for other carts if I can prove they be valuable to the company.

My question is how in the world do you schedule a Certiport exam? I've been to their website, searched for a testing center and all it gives me is their address and phone number to make an appointment. Is there someplace in their site to view prices at least or am I just missing something?
