I missed the old Network+ test, because I did not know about the changing date. anybody could tell me when are they going to change Security+ test ? so I won't miss it again

I haven't heard of an upcoming change, but like with any certifications - you should go to the site and read the objectives. While there you should take note of any changes or updates that hacve just happened or are about to.
