    it should(if he has air time on xm service) otherwise he would have to have local affiliate i think-- don't quote me on this--

    i got it when i first got the car and listen to it(xm service) and didn't have any probs. but i only checked out a few stations before the original owner had the turn the serivce off at the end of that month..
