i don't have the number to access on-line material yet. if i pass a third interview tomorrow i get access but cannot actually work until i'm certified..
wondering how long it will take.. whats on it? whats the format?
how is it compared to A+ (A+ was easy for me)

helios Member Posts: 51 ■■□□□□□□□□The DCSE is relatively easy, and as far as I can remeber, it's open book. I work at Dell, but I haven't gotten around to doing mine yet... too consumed with my MCSA. Some of the question ask which way you turn the screw driver to remove the CPU from a laptop, and really granular things like that....A+, Network+, MCP, MSDST, MCITP:SA, HDI-SCA, MCTS, ITILv3

Ricka182 Member Posts: 3,359Yeah, it is fairly simple. I have free access through my work, but I'm concentrating on M$ stuff first. Their questions are tricky, but open book removes a lot of the wrong answers. If you know a couple of their laptops, you know them all, the same with desktops and servers. It's all the same company, so there's only a few major changes between the exams. Dell continuously releases new exams, and to remain certified, you have to keep taking them.i remain, he who remains to be....
