Congratulations! It gives me great pleasure to be the first to address you with the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®) designation!


Based upon your examination results, a review of your application and acceptance of your endorsement, the (ISC)2 Board of Directors award you with the CISSP Certification. Your ID card and certificate will be shipped to the address above within eight weeks.

Timeline: Received my results on April 4, 2013
Sent in resume along with endorsement on April 5, 2013 at 2:05 pm est
Received acknowledgement email from (ISC)2 on April 5, 2013 at 4:30 pm est.
Received officially CISSP designation today, April 16, 2013 at 4:50 pm est. (11 days total)

    Thanks for sharing your experience, I was looking for a thread that addresses that when I saw this. I passed about 3 weeks ago and my initial endorsee was taking time and actually for 2 weeks didn't do anything! I just got another CISSP in my agency to help me and he got it done and sent in over a weekend! ISC(2) emailed me that they received it.

    From your experience, it actually took just about a week (counting only biz days) so I'm hopeful sometime next week for me. I can't wait to be official too!
