Which is not a SA bundling in IPSEC?

In the IPSEC protocol SA bundling is used to apply encryption and authentication on data traffic. These includes all of the following except.

(a) Using ESP with Authentication Option in Transport mode
(b) Using Transport Adjacency approach, applying both ESP and AH on the same packet
(c) Using Tunnel Adjacency approach, applying both ESP (without Authentication option) and AH on the same IP packet
(d) Using Transport-Tunnel Bundle approach, applying AH followed by ESP
(e) Using ESP with Authentication Option in Tunnel mode

I think it's (c). Can someone verify?
